2010 Faith Summit on Domestic and Sexual Violence: Juli Bray-Morris, Anti-Human Trafficking Activist Introduction - Lauren Armstrong, Polaris Project - Juli Bray-Morris Activist Juli Bray-Morris, a Clinical Counselor and Project SUCCESS specialist at ATC Charter School in Santa Fe, began searching for ways to combat human trafficking after reading Kevin Bale’s book Disposable People. In graduate school, she combined counseling psychology, expressive art therapy and cross cultural communication. Working with World Hope International, she went to West Africa in 2000 and in 2005 created and led an expressive arts training for care-giving professionals working with child victims of Human Trafficking in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. In the summer of 2009, Juli and her family volunteered with World Hope South Africa to provide preventative education in townships vulnerable to human trafficking.
